Details
Minimum order
- 50 units per order, in total.
- You can mix any models to reach the minimum.
Price
- Wholesale rates are shared on WhatsApp or by phone, not listed on the website.
- Send the models, quantity and delivery city for a quote.
Dispatch
- In-stock items ordered by 4 PM are dispatched the same day from our Surat warehouse.
Payment
- New buyers pay 100% advance before dispatch.
Samples
- Samples are paid.
- The sample cost is adjusted in your bulk order.
Defects and replacement
- Units that are dead on arrival (DOA) are replaced.
- Unboxing proof is required for a DOA claim.
- Other defects are not covered.
Shipping
- Transport or cargo: freight paid by the buyer.
- Courier: Delhivery, DTDC and similar services.
- Your own transporter: we hand over at our warehouse.
Branding
- Logo printing on in-stock models.
- Custom packaging and custom-made products are not offered.

What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 50 units in total, and you can mix any models. Send the models and quantity on WhatsApp to get the best price.
How fast do you dispatch?
In-stock items ordered by 4 PM are dispatched the same day from our Surat warehouse.
What are the payment terms?
New buyers pay 100% advance before dispatch.
How is the order shipped?
By transport or cargo (freight paid by the buyer), by courier such as Delhivery or DTDC, or through your own transporter.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. Samples are paid, and the sample cost is adjusted in your bulk order.
What if a unit arrives defective?
Units that are dead on arrival are replaced, with unboxing proof. Other defects are not covered.
Do you print company logos for corporate gifting?
Yes. We print your logo on models we have in stock. Custom packaging and custom-made products are not offered.
